Royal Challengers Bangalore face a stiff challenge today of beating the best side this year in IPL. Already RCB is way down at the bottom of points tally. They haven't found the right winning combination within the team. They have tried almost 17 players in four matches. Apart from one win, nothing has gone right for Virat Kohli's XI.

AB de Villiers is a dangerous player who shocks bowlers with his innovative shots. He can a bowler at any corner of the park. But he isn't consistent this year. The calmness of Rahul Dravid and his guidance must have recovered the team from that trauma. Overall the team is highly confident of winning more matches. Shane Watson's return to the team has strengthen the overall efforts towards winning.

Ajinkya Rahane has starred so far with consistent flow of runs. He holds the Orange Cap and deserves to keep it for a longer time. He is so consistent and sticks to the crease right till the end. A lot is expected from Steve Smith, Hooda and Faulkner too.

Here comes another Sunday with double treat from Indian Premier League 2012. Kolkata Knight Riders take on Kings XI Punjab at the Eden Gardens. On the other hand we have another star studded match of Royal Challengers Bangalore taking on Rajasthan Royals at Bangalore.

Whenever we talk about Royal Challengers Bangalore, it reminds us of swashbuckling batting of Chris Gayle who can dismantle any bowling attack. Gayle was exceptional with 6 sixes against Chennai Super Kings but his innings went in vain due to a thrilling win by Chennai over Bangalore.


Both Bangalore and Royals are desperate to win a match now because they both have lost their last two matches. Rajasthan is placed on 5th position while Bangalore is on the 7th position in the points table. So they both are desperate to climb up the tally with a win here.


Rajasthan lacks good scorers but their bowling looks impressive with Botha and Hogg. If they can include Shaun Tait into the playing eleven that would be a boost to the quick attack.  If Botha opens the bowling again for Rajasthan, it would be an interesting contest between him and Chris Gayle. Infact a success for Botha in the first over can change fortunes for Rajasthan.
