Royal Challengers Bangalore has one of the strongest players and well suited for this format. Who can forget the Gayle Storms that IPL has experienced so far! And when AB de Villiers and Virat Kohli get going, bowlers see nightmares. Mitchell Starc is doing a great job with the ball. They face a daunting task of beating MI today but they have to win this one to stay alive in the competition.

Mumbai Indians share a similar story. They too are badly looking for a win. Beating RCB won't be that easy as they have a strong batting line up. Rohit Sharma and Rayudu are scoring runs consistently. Harbhajan and Pollard are doing a great all round job for the team.

Rajasthan Royals had a dream start to the IPL 2015 campaign. They lost way in between but its good to see them again back to the winning course. Ajinkya Rahane has scored loads of runs for the team. Watson and Smith hold a lot of importance in the batting line up.

CSK, the strongest team in the IPL history looked a bit struggling against MI in their last match at the Chepauk. Dhoni accepted his tactical error of giving Negi the 19th over. But they still remain too strong and favourites at MA Chidambaram Stadium.

Match 1 - Rajasthan Royals vs Chennai Super Kings, 4pm IST.

Venue - Sardar Patel Stadium, Ahmedabad

Rajasthan Royals and Chennai Super Kings are resting on first and second position of the points table respectively. A win here for CSK will take them to the top. A win for RR will keep them being on the first position.

Rajasthan Royals are doing pretty well under the captaincy of Steve Smith. Shane Watson has been out of contention so far. If he makes a comeback into the team against CSK, Rajasthan Royals would be stronger. Watson is a good all rounder and a match winner too. Deepak Hooda is doing a great job with his surprise batting packages. Faulkner is good in patches. Ajinkya Rahane has regained his consistency.

Chennai Super Kings are always the team to beat. Such a successful team in the IPL history, they are again in a winning track this year. After clinching three wins on the trot they are looking for their fourth win. Brendon McCullum and Smith are very dangerous at the top of the order. Suresh Raina, Faf du Plessis and MS Dhoni take good care of the middle order. R Ashwin, Ishwar Pandey and Ishant Sharma are doing a consistently good job with the ball for the team.

Match 2 - Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Mumbai Indians (8pm IST)

Venue - M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru

Royal Challengers Bangalore have already pulled out a great win over defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders. But later they faced a loss at home against Sunrisers Hyderabad. Now would eye a win here at home to climb up the points tally. The team would strive hard to deprive Mumbai Indians from their first points in the competition.

Chris Gayle with all his great IPL T20 records would again form the backbone for the team. His astonishing 96 runs against KKR would certainly be considered as one of his best IPL innings ever. AB de Villiers and Virat Kohli are another two great batsmen in the team. Bowling has been a concern for this team. If Mitchell Starc could play that would be a great boost for the team. 

Mumbai Indians are yet to win a match. They look completely out of sorts. The body language during the matches isn't good. They need a real big win to bounce back hard. Rohit Sharma is giving his best in terms of scoring runs. But somehow the whole unit as a team has not clicked yet. Corey Anderson, Kieron Pollard and Harbhajan Singh have been good in patches but the team lacks consistency. Its highly imperative for MI to pull up their sleeves before they find it difficult to make it to the knock out stage.
