IPL live streaming 2013 continues and we are now into the second half of IPL's round robin stage. We have two interesting matches lined up for the IPL Super Sunday! Before we preview the matches of Chennai vs Kolkata and Delhi vs Pune, we have seen a bit of shuffling in points tally after Saturday's results. Hyderabad lost to Rajasthan and Mumbai won against Bangalore. Hence Mumbai has moved into top four and Hyderabad has slipped to fifth position.
Chennai Super Kings vs Kolkata Knight Riders
Chennai Super Kings is at an advantage after yesterday's results. The difference of net run rate between them and Bangalore has reduced as Bangalore lost against Mumbai with a big margin. On the other hand a win today for Chennai will take them to the top spot. Meanwhile Kolkata Knight Riders found a win after a long time against Kings XI Punjab on Friday. But they face an uphill task as they take on a stronger team CSK today.
Kolkata is still languishing in the bottom half of points tally and they badly need few more wins to enter the top four contenders. Gautam Gambhir has been rock solid at the top and Morgan has provided some good finishing touches. Bowling wise KKR rides on success of Narine.
Similar is the case for CSK. Michael Hussey is in brilliant form and scoring loads of runs at the top. MS Dhoni still continues to be one of the best finishers in the cricket world. His quickfire knock against Hyderabad was worth a watch when he smashed Dale Steyn for three sixes and managed a big win for CSK. Very similar to Narine, CSK's ace has to be R Ashwin.
Delhi Daredevils vs Pune Warriors
This is a match of equals based on the current form. Delhi Daredevils and Pune Warriors India are in woeful form and lie at the bottom of points table. Both have played 8 matches each. Delhi has won just one and Pune has won two. They almost look out of the contention of play offs and a miracle can now take them to the next stage.
This match would be a fun for a neutral venue crowd as Raipur gets an opportunity to host this match. Delhi Daredevils managed a superb win against Mumbai Indians but after that they lost to Kings XI Punjab. Hopefully change in venue may change their fortunes.
Pune Warriors India haven't had a great time this year and above all they suffered severe punishment from Chris Gayle who scored a 30 ball century against them in last match. It would be hard for Pune to recover from that nightmare. In four matches played so far against Delhi Daredevils, Pune has managed just one win and one match had no result.
