Jacob Oram likely to miss this year's IPL


Jacob Oram, the all rounder from New Zealand is likely to miss the third edition of IPL which is going to be held back at home in India. During the ongoing series against the Australians, Oram suffered a knee injury due to which he won't be able to play cricket probably for a month or so.

Jacob Oram had already announced his retirement from Test cricket. Now he plays ODI and T20 cricket for New Zealand. He is a part of Chennai Super Kings team in Indian Premier League (IPL) but the team will probably miss his services due to his knee injury.

Chennai Super Kings is a team captained by Mahendra Singh Dhoni. This team lost the finals of the first edition of IPL to Shane Warne's Rajasthan Royals.
